What of the teachings of Jesus holds the most meaning to you? For me it is the Golden Rule. It is not unique to Christianity but if we all lived with it the world would be a better place.

Like you, I am not a Christian. I am a Buddhist but the teachings of Jesus strike a cord with me. What he taught is not all that different from what I believe.

all of the moral teachings of jesus christ are found in the code of Hammurabi, meaning that these teachings are not really jesus's teachings, they are Hammurabi's.. so basiclly, jesus didnt really do anything.. but a couple years after (40-200 actually) the gospels and the bible came out.. siting stories about noah and etc. so basicly, jesus tought some random stories that are supposed to teach us Hammurabi's morals. and i dont need the storys, the morals are good enough.

I am a Christian. I believe soley in the teachings of Jesus Christ but not so much of St. Paul who made the Catholic Church. Jesus taught two things but these two things encompass alot. He taught love and self-control. However, he taught knowledge true knowledge and removed the ignorance from the eyes of many.
