A New Cooking Challenge, Cooking Healthy

I have always prided myself in being a good cook. Just recently I have decided to cook using whole foods and less fats and sugars. I was thinking today how much more a measure of a good cook it is to cook without fats and sugars. It is testing my mettle! But I love a new challenge. Do you have some favorite healthy cooking tricks?

you can go on most recipes site and look in the section *substitut*. you should have the substituts for sugar, fat and almost everything..when my mum had a heart attack, i cooked her a cake without fat, sugar nor eggs... she loved it!
