crossed all the time. Mainly when I am sitting. I was just wondering if this is bad for my legs or anything. Now and then my leg goes to sleep. I have to always have them crossed. Does anyone else do this? I just can't seem to sit unless I cross them.

I also do the same cause its very comfy, right? But u know what, read a research abt the disadvantage of it. They said that it causes the appearances of spider veins on our legs. Our blood supply cant circulate well on the legs, i dunno thats what i read.. Come to think of it, they have a point. Hmnn.... (",)

I can agree with that because my leg will go to sleep, and if my leg goes to sleep my veins must not be getting any circulation. Good grief, I am starting to worry now. LOL. I like your little (",) it is cute..

I hear crossing legs is not good for vericose veins, but its hard not to when you've been doing it for years. I can't help it either and I have large vericose veins behind my knee, yuck LOL

Okay, you made me laugh. I hadn't been able to do it for a long time and now that I've lost a lot of weight, I can't stop doing it.

I have the same problem with you. I always feel uncomfortable when sitting without my legs crossed. I believe that it's nothing serious. It's just a little habit and this habit is not too bad, I guess.^_^

I don't think it is harmful either. Just a habit.

I have my legs crossed right now and love it! I;m mostly doing it to prop up my laptop while watching TV but I normally do it anyways.
