If We Look Straight Ahead and Don't Look Back...

...will it guarantee us that we won't run into something? Would you be willing to go forward and not look back from any past you've left behind in order to follow your dreams in life? Even how much it drives you so much even just to think of leaving your past and start over. How would you react?...

In my experience, it is looking back at the past that can cause a lot of unnecessary stress. Learn from any mistakes and but then let the past go. It does not exist. What is done, is done and cannot be undone. Each morning I wake up and practice meditation and that meditation is a way of letting go of the past and looking at the reality of the present moment and letting the future take care of itself because I just do my best in each moment of now. :-)

Hi add_im! I don't think I can move ahead or go forward without looking back. I need the past in order for me to be remindeed of the lessons learned. I owe my past for what I am right now...in moving ahead and reaching for my dreams, I think my past plays a very important role for me to achieve the goal I have. Well, that is just my view. Have a nice day and take care!
