Does anyone else avoid saying i love you because it shows a true commitment and the recognition that your attitude towards them has definitely surpassed infatuation?

I say "i love you" at least 50 times a day haha, i think it's my way of showing my effection to my partner i feel for me it's a saftey guard around me as lomg as i keep saying it and the other person say's it back then i know were ok....
