Here are the corresponding personality type of the different sleeping positions: 1) Foetus - described as tough on the outside but sensitive at heart, they may be shy when they first meet somebody, but soon relax. 2) Log - these sleepers are easy going, social people who like being part of the in-crowd, and who are trusting of strangers, however, they may be gullible. 3) Yearner - they are said to have an open nature, but can be suspicious, cynical, they are slow to make up their minds, but once they have taken a decision, they are unlikely to ever change it. 4) Soldier - they are generally quiet and reserved, they don't like a fuss, but set themselves and others high standards. 5) Freefall - often gregarious, and brash people, but can be nervy and thin-skinned underneath, and don't like criticism, or extreme situations. 6) Starfish - these sleepers make good friends because they are always ready to listen to others, and offer help when needed, they generally don't like to be the center of attention. So which one are you?

I'm definitely the Fetus type too, I was wondering what kind of position is the Yearner and freefall? I can picture sleeping in a fetal position, like a soldier, like a starfish, or a log, but are they just types of sleep or actual positions?

and yup. the foetus sleeping type is really me. it describes my whole personality. i am really tough outside but deep inside, i am weak. i look strong to people. but less they know, i really get hurt quick. and that's true. whenever i meet someone new, i really feel shy. i don't talk to them for long during the first days of being with them. seems like i wanna just watch them and know them by their acts and words. it's my ajustment stage. but when i already feel comfortable with their company, i can relax and just get on with the jive... anne
