how are you as an aunt?

I think I'm a good aunt. I only have one niece who is 4 months old. She's still at an age where she sometimes just needs and wants her mom, but I do try to help her mom out by taking the baby whenever I can. She's an absolute joy to have around. She's one of the cutest babies I've ever seen (I'm not just saying that because I'm her aunt either). Pretty soon I won't get to see her very often because I'm moving far away. :o(

I can say that im good. I have 5 nephews and im really craving to have a baby of my own. So for the mean time i nurture and take care of my nephews, it gives me satisfaction and also preparing at the same time being a mom. One nephew of mine is much closer to me than his mom hehehehe

When I was still single I used to pamper my nephews and niece. We always go out in the mall every time I receive my salary and eat in their favorite fastfood chain. I also usually buy something for them such as toys, clothes and other material things. But now everything have changed, I cannot afford to do this thing frequently because I now have a family of my own to support. But I still visit them as often as I could.

I have one niece who is 2 years old and one nephew who is 1 year old. Unfortunately, I only get to see them about once a year, because they live about 2,000 miles or more away from me. I love spoiling them though, buying them cool toys and crocheting things for them. I only wish I could see them more often. I don't think either of them really know who I am yet.

we have a very big family. got 3 brothers and 3 sisters, im the youngest. all of us have kids.. some of my nephews and nieces are even older than i am. we make sure to have bonding times. we love singing and dancing though. i wanted them to treat me as a friend. they tell me their secrets instead of their parents.. that's why sometimes, my sisters get jealous of me.. LOLz..

I think I can be a good aunt. I have 5 nieces and 5 nephews. I babysit the younger ones a lot. I treat them as if they were my own kids, which sometimes means punishing them, but they get over it fast. I cook with my two 6 year old nieces. The last time they were over we made home made pizza. With my 2 year old nephew and my almost 2 year old niece a lot of the times I try to play games with them, but they're toddlers and it's hard to get them to pay that much attention.

I wish I lived closer to my nieces and nephews, but I see them when I can. We get along great, and I spoil them rotten when I am there. They think I'm pretty cool, and I love them to pieces. I don't think their parents like the amount of chocolate I give them. LOL

I only have one niece, but I think I am a very good aunt!! I do just the right about of spoiling! :) My niece is almost 16 months old, and she likes to follow me around everywhere. She learned how to say my name before she was one, and loves to follow me around the house wherever I go. When I'm not around, she points at pictures of my husband and I and goes "Kay-tee? Steve?" wanting to know where we are lol

Ok, I have to think here about how many neices and nephews I have....um, ok 5 nephews and 3 neices and 1 grand-neice. Now, I have to say that I must be a pretty good aunt because my oldest neice says I'm her "favorite" ;) I found, too, that my oldest neice and nephew were almost like my own children. Now that they are grown, I absolutely delight in seeing them and talking to them. My neice Tabitha just got married back in September - I cried with happiness for her.

I don't really know how I am as an aunt. Maybe I gotta ask my sister about that. hehe. I think I'm pretty good. I love my nephews. I've got 2, btw. One from my brother and one from my sis. My sis is expecting another kid, which is gonna be a girl. I can't wait for that!

I have 2 nephews and 1niece,they are very small and very mischievous, but very cute.I love them.

I would clearly rate myself the highest possible score :) I have a niece and I love taking care of her. She had been the source of our joy, and we love to pamper her. Guess I'll make a good mother, too :P

When I was still single, I used to pamper my nephew, the first in the family. Then I married and had raised my own. Now I have three nephews in the house left by their single mom who is working far away to support them financially. I love them and takes care of them with the help of my own mom. It is hard when you have your own and live together in the same roof. Sometimes you doesn't know what to do. Who will come first, your own or your nephews? We do not have household help and our place is not that big. Having all four boys in the house is not that easy, sometimes you lose your temper, but that doesn't mean I love them less. By the time you will have your owm family, you'll understand what I mean.
