Yes I consume a glass of milk before I sleep. I have been doing it for decades and I consider it as a healthy drink.

Hi Dear I take Milk everyday and it's considered to be like my breakfast .. I don't take anything else in my breakfast .. sometimes an apple -- but it's very rare -- taking milk in the morning is a habit and I can't survive without it .. though there are some days when the milkman has not delivered the milk on time -- so in that case -- I have to look up for other alternative :)

If I brew coffee at home I usually will stir the cup of coffee with two teaspoons of milk powder. I don’t take plain milk at all unless I couldn’t get to sleep I then will take a glass of hot milk. I hope the hot milk could make get into sleep easily.

Milk is essential for all especially for middle aged women, who are prone to osteoporosis (bone weakness). But due to hectic work schedule, usually women forget to drink milk everyday. In their own interests, all should drink milk at least a cup daily.

I don't have a glass of milk everyday, but I know it is better to do so. As women are likely to have bone problems when they reach a specific age. Thanks for your reminding:)

I hate milk and always have. I never touch it and never really have. I know I should drink at least skim milk but gross. I just can't. I get calcium in other ways and just stay away from the milk. It is one of the few things I simply cannot stand. Too bad since it truly does have a lot of what we need to stay healthy.

Milk forms an important component of our daily balanced diet. It serves as an excellent source of calcium that makes our bones and teeth strong. It would be appropriate to comment that it is practically impossible to meet body calcium requirements, without the consumption of milk and other dairy products. Not only is milk a fabulous source of calcium, but also it provides the body with high quality proteins that contain the essential amino acids, which the body is incapable of producing by itself. Well, the versatility of milk is not yet over. Milk also helps in meeting the body's requirement for vitamins. One glass of milk contributes about 44% to our daily-recommended vitamins intake. So, make it a part of your routine to drink milk everyday, so as to promote your health fitness.

I would LOVE to have a big tall glass of milk about right now. But I can't, because my doctor has me on a restricted diet. Apparently I have an allergy to milk, so drinking it isn't healthy for me after all. *pouts*

Yeah your right but I seldom drink milk, I want to drink milk but sometimes my budget can't reach for having me an extra milk in my grocery list. Coz my youngest is taking a milk and It is so very expensive and If I will buy for me it is added expenses for me.

I rarely have a glass of milk per se, but I do have cereal most every morning with milk. I probably should drink some extra, now that i'm *cough* getting older *coughdidIsaythatoutloud*

If milk wasn't so expensive nowadays I'd probably drink it more often but the prices are just becoming outrageous! I do try to drink it as often as I can, not just for the nutrients, but for the wonderful taste. I love it even more with oreos or chocolate.
