My husband and I are in love with this show, and he desperately wants a knife just like the one that Bear uses - but we haven't been able to see a name brand or find any info online about what kind of knife it is. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm thinking that this would be an awesome Christmas gift for him, if I can figure it out by then...

http://bearsknife.blogspot.com has a list of the knives he uses, but you need to know which episode. He uses a bunch of them. Which episode had the knife your husband liked? Maybe I can help you figure out which knife?
