Don't use them, if you really want to buy mesos just use your money on NX and then use the nX to get mesos.

They are called real world traders. They sell different kinds of virtual currencies. I brought some virtual currencies before but I forgot the name of the site. So yes they are legitimately selling virtual currencies but you have conduct more feedback about the site you want to purchase your virtual currency.
