have you tried calling your internet service provider for technical support? like when you need the internet the most, that's the time there's been a problem with the network and the tech representative isn't really helping? i've tried so many times.. some of them can't even take the pressure.. some don't even know what the problem really is or what they are talking about.. how would you rate the tech support representatives you've spoken to?

i haven't called technical support before but when it comes to technical support, i know what it feels like..there might be some cases that the agent that handled is not so knowledgeable maybe because they are still new..or maybe it is because that the agent experienced a bad call from a prev customer...i know what it feels like because im a tech support myself..it is just a different type of service..
