What is your favorite dish?

Do you cook favorite dish often i.e. 15 days in a month or regularly everyday or cook different varities according to the liking of the children/husband in your house.

We prepare a cake called BURFI made out of milk, by boiling milk till it becomes solid, add sugar, cardamom, cashew, a flavoured colour and cut into diamond shape. It is made at home once in a month and preserved for a week or so.

Thanks for your comment and glad to know about your interest in burfi. I would like to inform you that there are more than 100 varieties of burfis (I came to know after visiting a sweet shop which displayed 100 varieties of burfis made from different cooking media.

My favourite dish is Idly with sambar ,Vegetable Pullav,Bisbehali bath and Lime rice.I love to prepare different varieties and have them.I dont wanna eat same dish regularly.Each time i prepare i add diffent falvour or use different combinations while cook.Smiles
