I tend to like stuff with a full bodied flavor. Stuff with spices like mexican and oriental cuisines. I also enjoy italian dishes too, especially lasagne. With just meat and potatoes I prefer beef. A nice steak, a burger, a roast, and a baked or mashed potatoes served. Now in the middle of the summer we also have good corn on the cob. Yesterday we cooked out with burgers, baked potatoes, and corn. A great dinner out on the deck.
