Here is one of my favorite receipe. 2 tablespoon dried oregano 1 medium onion chopped 2 tablespoon garlic powder 1 each small green, red and yellow bell pepper thinly sliced lengthwise 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper 2 cups shredded cheese your choice 2 tablespoon seasoning salt 4 skinless chicken breasts 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoon butter 4 cloves garlic finely chopped Preheat over to 350 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the oregano, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and seasoning salt. Use about a teaspoon of it total to season both sides of each chicken breast. Coat the bottom of a saute pan with olive oil and preheat. Add the chicken and saute until the internal juices run clear. Set the chicken aside and cover loosely with foil. Melt butter in the saute pan. Add garlic, onions and pepper; season lightly with the seasoning mixture. Saute vegetables until they are tender, about 10 minutes. Place chicken in oven safe dish and top with the vegetables. Sprinkle shredded cheese over chicken and vegetable. Place in oven until cheese melts about 10 minutes. Serve with rice.

I hope you like it. I got it awhile back from the Atlanta Journal Constitution Newspaper, and my family loves it.
