sunny or rainy?

Yesterday, I changed my usual black bag to my brown bag to complement my light brown sandals. The things I had in my black bag - planner, pens, wallet, keys, notebooks - were all transferred to my brown bag, except for one thing: my umbrella. I didn't bring it since it had been soooo sunny lately.^_^
But heavens! It rained today when I went out from the office for lunch! I was WET when I arrived home. huhu... I just used my blazer to cover my head: which didn't really protect me from getting wet.
It rained just when the time I also didn't bring my umbrella. geee.. hehe!
How about you? Which do you prefer, rainy or sunny?

I do love the rain and thank goodness I do as it has not stop raining for weeks now. I cannot believe the UK is so much under water.
I love being out when it is pouring and I so get the urge to become Gene Kelly and dance around, but I think I would be taken away.
Now I want some sun as this is beyond a joke now.

Hi ItTakesAllSorts! :) I looooove rain, too! Especially when I was a kid, I sneak out of the house and get soaked in the rain. LOL... Rainy days were one of my most memorable days when I was a child. Oh! How I wish I'm a kid again. LOL
Too much rain is also not good. LOL.. So SUN! Up! Up! Up! LOL :p

I live in the SW US, which is mostly desert country. Therefore I really enjoy the rain. (When gtowing up I lived in a rainy area, and I liked the sun more.)

Rain seems to always catch up on me too and I'm the kind of person who dislike bringing umbrella with me, whether rainy or sunny days, I tend to forget them and end up losing them,so I have long stopped buying an umbrella.
But now, asking which do i prefer? girl, I must say we need to pray for more rains..have seen it in the news lately,water will be scarce and there will be brownouts caused by it.
so I say..RAIN...RAIN..come on here!!!

Hehe.. Yeah, my mom even told me that I should have called before I went home during lunch time. I was really soooo wet when I arrived home. It is such a good thing (and I'm hoping) that I didn't get any colds. :p
So, it's lesson learned: whether rain or shine, I'll bring my umbrella. Better to be prepared. hehe.. :)
