feminine napkins....

I am a Modess girl. I use regular silky feminine napkin with wings to keep it in place. Even if i am moving a lot you know you can be protected against stains. However, most of the time, i get a really really heavy period, it is rare that i do not have dysmenorrhea during my periods. In times like this, i use *ahem* maternity pads, or the Modess night because it is much longer. I do not like the maternity pads, it is really bulky so i just use it when i sleep. Recently, i am on low dose pills to counter my pimple attack and bring my monthly cycle to normal. It's been almost 3 months now that i do not feel dysmenorrhea or cramps during my period and unlike before, it is not heavy and lasted only 3-4 days. I do not need to use the night or maternity pads anymore. An ultra thin is enough. It is barely there!
