Do you buy the frozen bread dough and make your own bread or do you make it yourself? I normally buy regular bread and it that but sometimes I have the urge that buy the frozen bread unthaw it and than make Indian bread out of it which is really good actually all you is take pieces of the frozen bread and deep fry it and than put cinnamon and sugar on it..

we have a bread maker that some friends of ours gave to us and in the winter we make bread all the time...we make pizza dough, dough with pie filling in it, bread for a big pot of soup (to eat with it) and pretzels.

We have one too, but we don't use it anymore.. I used to make it myself but they never turned out right and I don't know why that is either.. Maybe some day I will pull it out again and use it and try new things with it.. It never hurts to try that's for sure... Thanks for your reply!

That does sound good. I haven't bought frozen bread dough in years. Is there an actual recipe for Indian bread? I am sure my grandsons would love to eat these..They love cinammon and sugar...

No there's not it's just bread dough... You just unthaw it and deep fry it.. I normally just use my frying pan dump the oil in and than take the dough and work it with my hands until it's spread out enough to put in the hot grease and than let them brown when I take them out I hurry and put the cinn. and sugar on them before they cool or it don't stick to well... I'm sure your son will I know mine likes them.. Ever have fried bread before? It's exactly like that...

I used to buy the frozen bread dough and make fresh bread that way, but it is hard to find. I haven't looked for it in awhile but I know the story I shop at most often doesn't carry it. Back during my first marriage I actually took the time to make bread from scratch - before there was such a thing as bread making machines. I don't eat a whole lot of bread now. My kids and husband eat bagels, bread and sandwiches made on panini rolls.

I love bread mainly the fresh stuff.. Eating the stuff that's already been made from the store is ok.. I used to go to our local bakery and they had some good stuff there too all of it was made from scratch.. Bagels are really good too I used to eat those all the time also until I just stopped buying them.. Thanks for your reply!

It is good thats for sure, When it's done I usually put butter on the top of it to keep it soft so it don't harden up on me, I don't like hard bread.. Thanks for your reply!
