What is it that you are wanting out of this life? Is it fame, wealth,adoration,a degree, a good looking significant other who treats you well? Name the top 5 most desired qualities, properties, or goals have you set for yourself in your life? Where do you see yourself being socially and employment wise in the next 2 years, 5 years, or even 10 to 20 years from now? How strong is the possibility that you shall attain and acheive these aspiration?

Wow...one could write a novel....
I'll take a slightly different approach. First, what I'm grateful for in the present. This will explain what I'm looking forward for
1. Family
2. Health
3. Career
4. Education
5. Travel
What I'm looking forward for:
1. A professional career after I retire from my present job
2. My family
3. Purchase of our first home
4. My first retirement
5. Spending quality time with my family
In five years, I'll be retired from my first job, and will start my second career. Hopefully in teaching. In the future...well, I'll play that day by day....

Good luck on that. You have found one of the few ways to live well on a teacher's salary. With a pension from a previous job. My ex-fiance worked in education for years because he loved it not becuase it pays all that well.

Do you already have any of these? I have four of those five but I was meaning more tangible things. Like a bigger house in a better area of town or to move tcloser to your family.
