How is mylot's Reputation rating measured?

As most of you know, if you right click on your little stars you will see a reputation level. 100 is the maximum. What i would like to know is how is that reputation rate measured. Is it done according to the ratings that you get? to the amount of replies? Is it just something that mylot administrators decide?
If you know about it please share, and if you have a theory on the issue, share it too, please. Thank you

Our ratings here are measured according to our activity, as also believe that our reputations are determined by the community -which is mylot. I have read this explanation once, coming from mylot's own profile here. So for you to get the hold more of the topic, you can simply read this link I'll provide that I hope would make things more clearer for you!;)

It is believed to be from the positive versus negative ratings given members in their discussions, responses, and comments by other members.

Ummm it's possible that it's made just by ratings...but since it's not clearly said anywhere in the site i really am not sure about it, anyway thanks for the imput :)
