which food are the right foods?

To stay healthy it is important to eat the right foods and to exercise. To help people choose the right foods for good health and fitness. The numbers of servings a person should eat depends on the persons age and body size. Younger smaller people may eat fewer servings. Older, larger people may eat more. Have you ever noticed the labels on the packages of food you and your family buy?

To be healthy one has to give up many of the so called junk foods! Eat a lot of veggies and fruits. A weell balanced diet keeps us alert and healthy. There are so many veggies around in the summertime, and of course watermelon, my favorite. I live adding fruits and veggies to my diet and I make meals that are healthly built around veggies.

Yah, you're right it is very important to eat the right foods. Whenever I buy foods at the mall, I really make it a point to see the labels since I am conscious with my weight. I want to lose weight. But of course, I still have a balanced diet. Aside from vegetables and fruits, I still eat meat and sweets but only in minimal amount.
