I want a new Avatar...I need your advice....

Do you want my new avatar to have me and my grandsons in it, or do you want the picture to be of just me, or do you not want to see me on it anymore?...LOL...I hope you don't choose the last one..Please give me your advice...My avatar is how you know me and I really would like everyones opinion...It is really important to me. Thank you.

I think your grandson make any picture special with you in it.. They are so very cute and yous look great together.. I would have to pick all three of you together in one picture.. The best thing I like about picture regular pictures is you know who your speaking with and that's the person your getting to know.. Not the fake pictures though!!

My daughter is coming over to use my computer tomorrow so I will have her take it then..So hopefully I will have a new avatar tomorrow afternoon...don't hold your breath tho...LOL.. I should say today because it is already 2 am here...What are you doing up so late? LOL

Thank you. I would like it to be of all 3 of us. We are the bestest of buddies..They have changed so much since that picture last Halloween..My hair is brown now...thank you..I prefer the real person pictures also..

heheh You sound really cool and a good person. I wish you all the best in life. As to your avatar, I want it this way, it is more personal. Is that really you and your grand kids in the picture? Aren't you afraid people will gonna know exactly who you are? Some people commented/discussed before that they don't want to put up there real pictures for security and privacy reason. I admire your courage.

I am not worried about anyone finding me. I do agree with you and I like the personal touch..Yes, it is a picture of me and my grandsons. They are 5 and 3 now...I want to update this one because we have changed some..This was taken last Halloween..Thank you for telling me how cool I am..You are very nice also...thank you.

Well, I quite like your avatar, but if you are going to change it, make sure you are still on it. It is you, after all, but if you need to add extras, I don't see anything wrong with having your grandsons with you. In the end, just add what you feel comfortable with!!

Thank you. I took one of the 3 of us and I didn't like the way I looked..so I am using just the boys until my daughter comes back over to retake the 3 of us...I want to make sure everyone recognizes me, so I don't get lost in cyberspace. *smiles*..thank you.

The boys mean a lot to you so it's great to see you all together looking so happy. Just remember it's summer, ya'll are making me feel hot with those coats on, lol. So maybe something a bit more seasonal would be great.

And you talk about your state being out of date...LOL..I just thought maybe you would all like to see what we really look like...*laughing*...The boys have changed, and well I have lost 20 more pounds and my husband dyed my hair brown...Actually this picture was taken in 1862..*laughing*...I hate jackets and there wasn't even any snow..What was our malfunction? LOL..mental note..no jackets or hats, or halloween outfits....

lol it happens. Well if you wait 2 months, you'll be right on time with this picture. I can't talk though, one time I used a picture from 1999 for like a whole year and it was like 2005.

It took me by surprise when you changed your avatar. Many recognize an avatar first and the name second. Whatever you choose is up to you. I went through a few before landing on this one. I have kept it ever since.

Thank you. I just want to update the photo, because this one is almost a year old..Right now I am using this photo of the boys and my daughter is going to take another one of all of us, tomorrow.. Yours is very pretty..

Yes, everyone has told me to do it how I want. This is the most recent of the boys, taken about 4 days ago. I prefer it to be my grandsons with me..thank you..

I just knew you would be the one to answer first...*laughing*...Green Googie Man was not an option...so there...nanny, nanny, boo boo, stick your head in doo doo...LOL..You don't need professionals to take your photo. For the love of Pete..I went to glamour shots one time..Okay, about 12 years ago...Those pictures won't work because it doesn't look like me anymore...Maybe I will take the boys to walmart and get a picture of the 3 of us..Although my daughter does take nice photos with her digital camera..Do you want me to send her over to shoot you with her camera?...*laughing*..yes I am serious...How far do you live from me?...8 bizillion miles...are you sure?...don't mess with me....*laughing*

I think you should definitely have your avatar with you and your grandsons. I think your avatar looks great now, but if you want a new one, I would definitely suggest that you have all 3 of you in it again. Good luck with deciding what you want to do.

Hi, i love children. And the people who always wanted to keep such things that is very close to their heart. I mean like you love your grandsons so much that shows, so you've use their picture as your avatar.
But i would like to say one thing that this picture is incomplete without you. so its my opinion to have 3 of you all that will make the picture complete....

Thank you. I feel the same way..My daughter took a new one of all of us today and it didn't look right after we loaded it, so she took this one of the boys to use until tomorrow, when we can redo the other...I like it with the 3 of us also...Thank you very much...

Your avatar? like it that way.. you and your grandsons.. it's cute and heart-warming. It's family and your showing to the world how happy and proud you are being a grandma. Honestly, when i first saw it, i thought those are your kids..you don't look like a grandma at all *wink*.

Thank you for your kind words..I don't feel like a grama. I am only 45.*smiles*. I chose this one for now because the one of all of us didn't look right after I loaded it..but I will be taking another of all of us..The oldest does call me Mama, and I am sure that confuses people...thanks again..

I don't have many photos to put up yet in my profile...I have this one for now.. My daughter just took it today of the boys. I still want me to be in it. We took one of all of us but it looked weird after I loaded it and will have to redo it. thank you.

I like your avatar. I always appreciate when people post their pictures. I would post a pic of just you. I always thought the avatar you had posted was of you and your children, I didn't realize you were a grandmom. lol

Hi Feona, those are your grandsons? I would have never thought you were that old. I say by all means include them in your picture. Family is obviously an important part of your life. I wouldnt show a picture of me because I wouldnt want to be responsible for breaking anybody's monitor. All my best to you, Terry

Yes, they are my grandsons. The oldest is 5 and the youngest is 3. Thank you for your kind words..Alot of people think they are my boys and some what to argue with me when I tell them they are my grandsons...*smiles*..I chose this one for now, because the one I took of all 3 of us, didn't look right when I loaded it into the computer..This one is very cute..thank you again..

I prefer to have you and your grandsons for your new avatar *smiles* It is okay if you want to put just your photo on your avatar, but the third choice....I don't agree at all. I, myself love to see with whom I respond to here on My Lot. Ahah! Again, I am sorry as my avatar doesn't show myself. My latest photo is taken two years ago. I don't really like to take photo. That is the reason why my son being the only 'star' here *laughs*

Thank you..you made me laugh. I took one with the 3 of us but it didn't look good so I am using just the boys until I get it retaken...I like to see who I am talking to also...
