Big Brother the HOH room

Do you notice this season they aren't doing anything different really to the HOH room like they used to? Remember they used to change the room up to reflect the current HOH member. Now the only thing they change is the photos & whatever they have in their basket.
I miss them changing up the room. It was more exciting to see what changes would be made each week. I wonder why they changed that? Do that not have any extra money this year or just too lazy?

I was thinking the same thing when Dustin got in the room. Do they change the bedspread even? I thought it was cool when they changed it according to the personality of the HOH. I do like seeing the family pictures. I thought that Jen was rediculous when she took the picture down of her mom and her. Also, have they all gotten letters from home? I saw Dustin read his, but don't remember anyone else reading theirs.

I missed that part. I am anxious for tonight to see who gets veto. It is a very addiction show, but gives me something to watch when I go to bed. I always DVR them and watch them later in the evening.

i always tape them and then watch them with my husband...they didn't show that part about Evil...it was in a transcript of the show I found...

My daughter pointed that out too. But I think once the "characters" of the show get more well known they will start to do something to the room to make it more personal. Vicki

Can I ask you waht the HOH room is.. I am in Australia and out BB has just finished this season I love it and I miss it so much I wish they would play your BB over here in the off season of ours, but I don't know what the HOH room is, I have spent a fortune I think on voting for the one I wanted to win ours but he came second so now I just have to pay my phone bill....

Oh ok it seems they all have their own ideas, we have a diary room where each house mate goes in one by one and nominates who they want to be put up for nomination, then we have a friday night games where the winner gets to take one other housemate into a rewards room for the weekend where they get pampered... Oh I miss it already and it just finished last week... :(

HOH over here is the Head of Household room. Not sure if they have a head of household over in Australia or not. But that is what it is :) The HOH puts up two people for eviction. Then the house votes on who leaves.

I enjoyed seeing the room change also. I'm wondering, if Eric being paid for the challenges he completes has to do with the lack of HOH room changes. I think some of Eric's challenges have been to easy.

I noticed this after the first couple. I am so disappointed. They used to make it fun to go look at the room. It seems like now when everyone walks in they don't get excited at all because it looks the same. I liked the season where they actually had hidden rooms all over the house. That made it really interesting. I think big brother needs to step it up and start doing something fun with the house again.

I agree. I miss that too. I think this year's HOH room is pretty lame. The only "excitement" is the photos they put in there. I wish they would go back to personalizing the rooms more- it was much more interesting that way!

I totally like it when they did it...like Janelle getting the all pink room. I think a lot of things have changed this year!

I have noticed that to, I guess I really don't care one way or another what they do to the room. I guess it was better to chnge more things in the room. Do you also notice how they keep showing all the colored mirrors in the house. It's like the camera has to show them a few times in each show, like they mean something.
