playing poker online for usa people

ok i have been trying to find some places cause hubby likes to play. every site though says usa members cant play for cash. or cant deposit cash etc. do you know of any sites he can go play on. we play penny poker with his sister when she comes in town and really like it. now i cant afford a site that wants a 100.00 deposit i was tinking like 10.00 lol so any help please
