so whats the right age to have a girl friend

My sister started dating at a very early age, unfortunately. She was very mature, but the guys she used to date were all idiots!! Anyway, at 16 she met a wonderful boy who was 18, and three years later when she was 19 and he was 21, they married. They have been married for 10 years now, and their marriage is absolutely perfect!!!!
