Have you ever rub elbows with a celebrity?

I have! The first time was when I attended the mall tour of the then-famous teen star Heart Evangelista together with the rest of the cast of Berks, now defunct youth-oriented show. The second time (I think) is when I attenden the mall tour of MYMP (Make Your Momma Proud). I even had the chance to pose in a photo with them! I also saw Orange & Lemons perform live! We were like sitting next to them and I accompanied my friend when she approached them for an autograph. How about you? And do they look better or the same in person?

Back in '95, I sang with this group in Ghirardelli Square. After the performance, we all went to a nice Chinese restaurant in the Square. As we were being seated, a big, black guy looked at me and said, "Nice solo." I thanked him and sat down. My grandpa said to me, "Do you know who that is? That's Fred Williamson." I didn't know who he was until I recognized his face in a few movies afterward, but I wouldn't have bothered him even if I did. Our director did, though, and started talking the poor guy's ear off. :S

i was on a video sales and rental business before in quezon city and had all the chances to meet celebrities of all sorts. they just come and go by my place and rent video tapes and cds. i found them very friendly and they abided by the rules of the video stores. some of them even requested to me to record some of their tv shows and appearances and paid me for the services. i was even visited and interviewed by a local news caster before and had it shown on tv on a sunday special. i had a lot of good and memorable moments with some celebrities during those days.

Wow, so you have seen several Filipino celebrities then? Can you drop some names, please? I think it's really nice to meet them as they are, you know, running errands and stuffs that us 'normal' people do.

I work for a hospital and a former football player was a patient there. Also, when I used to attend baseball games I would go early to see the batting practices and get autographs as one player was assiged to sign autographs before each game. Another time I met another baseball player who was promoting a product in Macys in New York.

Hi when I was about 15 my dad opened a second night club in Manchester just on the opening night Mark Morrison performed there plus some other lesser know British Singers. At around 3am when everything was finished and we had cleaned up we all sat around the office drinking. (going back quite a few years) I live in a town called Wilmslow in Cheshire UK and we are surrounded by Corronations street actors, and Manchester United and City Footballers.

Well my pharmacists son is a country music singer and has even gotten all the way to Nashville, Tennessee where all the great country music singers get noticed. He works part tims at our pharmacy so I can't say that I have met him but I can say that I know him personally. I don't know if anyone else has heard of him around the USA. His name is Joe Zelek and they even play his songs on the country radio stations and he even performed at the Jamboree in the Hills which is our country music festival in Ohio. People from all over the world come and see the country music stars and I am so proud of Joe being able to sing at Jamboree in the Hills. He has a very bright future ahead of him. He was just in Nashville this week and is coming home to put on a free concert for the locals. My husband and I are going tomorrow night to see him and cheer our friend on! :)

If you consider Basketball players celebrities then yes, I was in a club a few weeks back in Scottsdale Arizona and was right next to Shawn Marion of the Phoenix Suns.
