How often do you exercise?

Exercising in some way is obviously good for your body and mind. I am curious to know how many of you exercise and how often? What sports do you play?

Hi dsantacruz I dont play any sports anymore. And Ive taking a walk every day around my neighborhood in the afternoon. When I come back I feel I have more energy. So I think its working out good for me.

Well i dont really have the time to go to the gym and exercise because of my time constraints....but i do exercise otherwise...I run for 5 km everyday and also cycle for another 10 twice a week. I add a bit pushups once in a while when i feel like it...

Hi there. I workout everyday for 30-45 minutes and every other day, I walk around the beach, I dont workout at all, as we have sports; netball and rugby, and other committments to attend...

I excercise either at mornings or an hour before I go to bed, some stretchings and some dumble curls I think is enough for that day. Most of the times, I excercise thrice a week. But I play basketball almost everyday now, that makes me sweat and stretch more of my muscles..

i do exercise, although not that much vecause i''m always busy. i jog sometimes and do some crunches. sports? i play badminton and basketball. they really help me stay in the same figure.

as you said,exercising is good to body and mind,so i mostly take a rope skipping in my dorm,have a jogging outside sometimes

I prefer swimming and tries to swim weekly depending on the weather.

Never...I dont really exercise, as such..I chase after my kids all day, so thats enough for me...I also ride my ATV, which is a great work out without realising it and its awesome fun,..

Well I don't go on exercise everyday...waking up early and taking a walk to the market and prepare things for breakfast I think can help me too reducing little fats...hehehe.
