Are you computer literate?

Yes you can browse the internet, you can go to different website you can use mouse and other control onkeypad. But when it ocmes to trouble shooting like when the computer hangs, do you have any knowledge. Honestly i kno how to use computer but i don't know about the different terms and trouble shooting.

I never had a formal training in computers but has been using the packages like MS office, MS excel, MS Power Point. I also have a variety of software for publishing works. I was a phototype setter earlier and hence I am fond of fonts. In a way I am a copmputer literate.

I think I know enough about computers but I would not call myself an expert just yet but hopefully I will get there someday.
