Do you have bathroom scales ? How often do you use them ? Are they digital or normal dials ?
I have scales they are the normal dial, so its not exactly accurate, I very very rarely use mine, but I do know some people that use them everytime they go to the bathroom...

I don't have a scale in bathroom, Calais! actually my bathroom itself is scaled. There is nothing to add there other than what is already in there. I don't have any scale out of bathroom either, I am a scale less person.
I do have an indirect scale though. If I want to know my weight, I see whether or not my partner is with me. When she is away, like on vacations or exams, I weigh around 140 pounds and when she is around I weigh about 150 pounds. This has been strangely so, since our marriage. So much so that I left weighing myself several months ago.

I have digital scales. I prefer these to manual, as I have trouble seeing the litke marks on manual bathroom scales now.
My digital scales show to the nearest 0.2 of a kilogram.
I weigh myself most days, as I am trying to loose weight.

Mine are regular ones and I used a set of digital scales and I've adjusted mine accordingly. It's probably time I checked again. I used to use mine at least weekly but I'm so disheartened now I rarely look. They don't tell me what I want to know. LOL

I just bought one recently. It was a 5-dollar purchase & it has a dial. (I'm frugal & proud!)
I use it occasionally. Used to use them often ~ but got obsessed with my weight.
Now I just weigh in occasionally, because I'm trying to lose weight. I believe in taking things in stride.

Okay, nosy rosy...LOL...Yes, I have a bathroom scale. I use it everyday. Mine is digital. I never used to have one and now that I have lost 160 pounds I have to use it everyday, morning and night...I guess it isn't good to weigh everyday but I want to know where I am at. I am still losing and I have lost 10 pounds since May. *say cheese*

Thank you..I thought you knew...I had the gastric bypass in 2005. I am so much happier. I can't eat alot so I can't gain but I am just making sure I am not losing to much. Because eventually I will get to the weight I want and will have to learn to maintain it...I don't want to get to a size 0...LOL... Thank you again..

yes, we do have one bathroom scale. But i think we should throw it out and get a new one. We don't think it's accurate anymore. First time my hubby tease me that the scale never lie, and that day it said i'm like 3 pounds heavier...hahaha...I think we will get the digital one next time.

I have one bathroom scale. It is a normal dial, but very accurate. I weigh myself daily. This keeps me in shape.

I have one of those old mechanical ones. It is not very accurate (at least I hope it is not accurate and is out five pounds heavy. I change my weight by shifting around a lot. I used to weigh myself twice, once in the am and once in the evening, but have not done so recently, but really I should get back to that routine as I am trying to lose weight and I am the type who can gain five pounds in a day. There are some new ones that I would like to get. We did have a digital one but it broke.

You know, I don't have one scale in my house. I used to and I never used it and once my ex's kids had soaked it with bathwater enough that the screen would constantly be misty and hard to read, I just tossed it and didn't bother to get another.
I figure I didn't use that one ever, and since most people do have them in their bathrooms, I can just use one at a friend's house if I have a really pressing need to find out how much I weigh. :)

I have normal dial scales and weigh myself regularly to ensure I maintain my weight. Even though normal dial scales are not 100% accurate you at least know if you have gained weight and need to get more exercise or change what you are eating. I do weigh myself a couple of times a week.

I have a normal scale in my bathroom, but i barely use it. Although I don't check my weight that much I only use the digital scale in another bathroom.
