Gaining weight?

We see it every day in the magazines. ''Lose xx pounds in xx days'', ''Be fit and slim before you know it'' etc. But how to do the opposite? I'm pretty underweight right now, I have 76 kilos on 197 centimeters of height ( for Americans...is it 152 pounds on 6'5'?) and I'm trying to look my best and achieve normal weight. However, I have to gain weight, not lose it, which is very hard because of my organism. How?

I think yoga is one form of excersice which actually helps one to be in shape whether one is overweight or underweight. I am doing yoga for loosing weight. The same should work for you too. I would recommend high calaries diet like bananas with milk, dry fruits, buffalo milk for gaining weight.

first of all gaining weight isnt alll about going to mickydee's or kfc and spending all your time eating junk food. First of all avoid junk food and eat healthy food frequently. usually u need to consume 20 times your body weight ( in pounds) in calories to gain weight. divide large meals into 6 times a day. u should provide your body with a frequent amount of food. after all you need to gain muscle mass not fat right? next go to the gym and work out hard. and keep the reps to a minimum i seriously consider you to go to this site http://www.gain-weight-muscle-fast.com All the best

Well, I have no idea how to put on weight. I wish I had that problem. I would donate some of my fat to you if i could, but that would be impossible. Be thankful for the body you have becuase I find that whether fat or thin we are never happy with the bodies that we were given by God and if we are happy with our bodies then things seem to work out better for us and we achieve the desired goals that we want to achieve. Good Luck friend...
