I just saw The Simpsons film and it is great. I won't go into details so I won't spoil it for you, but if you are a fan of the show and you were debating whether to go to see the movie or not,go see it. You won't be disappointed.

I totally agree. I watched it only and I'm glad I didn't pay money to see it like Homer did. lol. I was hoping for more I guess. I love watching it on t.v and I thought it would be as funny as it is on there, but I guess when your working with 2 hours of material, there is only so much funny they can come up with. I would recommend that a big fan of the show see it, I just don't recommend seeing it in theatre. Wait for it to come to video. Save the $12.

I agree. My family saw it this weekend and it was great for someone who has been a Simpsons fan since nearly the beginning. It is a good movie and actually worked well. I thought that it would be like watching an extended episode and it was not!

I am a fan but I haven't seen the latest season. And I didn't have to see the show this season to follow the film. The movie is for fans like me , who saw it years ago, and new fans too.

My family and I just saw that this afternoon. It was enjoyable. Though I wouldn't say one of the best! I did like the beginning where Homer talked to the audience! Pretty much the same as the usual Simpson's episode, only longer. Not saying that I don't like the regular episodes, though! I was going to wait for the dvd, but my husband really wanted to go now.

I knew the moment I saw Spider pig in the commerical that I had to see it in the theater. what is sad is that this was the first film that I wanted to see in the theather all year.
