Are Kids Growing Up Too Quickly???

Is it just me or are kids today growing growing up at rapid paces?(I mean before they hit 13 years old) Who knows who's to blame for this? The media? Modern education?

Yes I do think they grow up too fast. It seems each year goes by faster and faster. I can still remember giving birth do each of my boys as it was yesterday though.
