Do you have a Creative webcam on your computer? It appears as though one of its drivers is causing the error. You might try reinstalling the software for your webcam.

Firefox, is the way to go. Although your problem seems odd, perhaps it's something on your side, as I don't think by the sound of the error, has something to do with firefox. But I have idea though. Perhaps Opera could do the trick.

I am thinking you have the 6.0 version than... I never had any problems with that version just the 7.0 and it won't let me downgrade either, So I am kinda stuck with this one at the moment.. Thank you for your reply!

Firefox can look and act exactly like IE. It is similar as it is but there is an option to make it more like IE. It's a great browser and I use it all the time now. You can download it for free.

I think you mean dll. Thats a dynamic Link Library. Its easily replaced if you go to windows.com then to their dll library. Thats if its what i think it is. DLL's get lost a lot actually. One of the most common problems with the windows operating system HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB !!~

Yes that's it... I must have written it down wrong yesterday.. I can't seem to find the library though.. I will keep searching for it.. I tried to type in the error file but it can't find it.. Sometimes IE can be so worthless I recently been having this problem and I don't know why it just starts now mainly when I want to use it.. What's new right! Thanks for your reply!

Answering from email so I repeat, sorry. The only other one I know of that I used for a few years is Netscape. I liked it and I didn't have any problems with it, that I can remember. I use IE because that came on my puter and I have had no reasons to change it. So you may want to check Netscape out.

but Netscape does that have the same features as IE? I mean say you are on a website that needs a cam is there functions that you are able to use in order for that to happen? I wanna use the site sing snap it's a singing site and that requires you to use a cam but I.E. just won't work it keeps shutting me down...Thanks for your reply!

I would recommend using Firefox or Opera. These two browsers are probably the best out at the moment with many features and they are very fast. Another lightweight browser that is similar to internet explorer and i have personally used and it is quite good and fast. It is called K-Ninja, it is freeware and is very basic which is good for the CPU usage rates so it is very sleek. However K-Ninja is not verygood if you want to keep bookmarks, i could not find a bookmarks or favourites feature within K-Ninja.
