I think we all prefer some days of the week to others. Normally those we have off from work and such. But there are many other motivations: some because they don't have the custody of their kids and visit them that day, others because they just like mondays, etc.
I think my favorite day of the week is Saturday...i can go to bed late and feel free at night.
So what's your favorite day of the week then? and for what reason? do you have more than one?

Definetelly Thursday.
Why?
Because it is my husband's last day of the work week, which means the start of the weekend.
I just hate Sundays, because I know my husband has to go back to work the next day, and I have another four days to be at home without him.

aww so you are only together 3 days a week, right? well the good side of it is that at least when you are together you both have all day long for yourselves, unlike the typical couple, which only sees each other in the early morning and at nights, because they're too busy working the rest of the day. Nothing is perfect i guess.

Hi, well my favourite is saturday too, reason being that its the need of the wek, and i can stay up late till night and do whatever i wish, watch unlimited number of movies and not bother about the next day, being a sunday. And its the weekend so outings surely for the family too, infact my whole family just loves saturdays, kids of course love their sundays too, but yes on sundays i have both my hands full, s am working on all other week days so sundays for house cleaning and other pending tasks to get over with. But overall i love my weekends and well just knowing its a holiday the next day is so relaxing.

Of course saturday is the favorite not only me but i think most people who worked frm momday to friday. saturday is a rest day. I can wake up late to savor that day as there were no children to accompnay to school and now work at all.

My favorite day of the week is Saturday. It is the day of the week that I can get cheap train tickets with my rail card and I can leave home as early as I like. This means I can go on a long journey like to a particular coastal resort that I like a few hours away.
I am on maternity leave from my work as a teacher at the moment. When I am teaching the timetable my class has always means one day is a favorite of mine. For example it used to be Wednesday. I loved reading the children's stories after creative writing in the morning and seeing their wonderful pieces of art work made in the afternoon.

My favorite day is Wednesday. I guess this is traceable back to my high school days when our wash day was Wednesday and we were allowed to wear jeans or casual clothes. Now that I am working, Wednesday signifies the middle of the week, a few more days and it would be a week end, yipee!

it's quite original of you to say wednesdays...not many people would pick them..and i like it! hehe. Well from an optimistic point of view, wednesday means that you've already done more than half of the week's work so there is less left now for resting days aka weekend.

that's another way of looking at it. Mondays are hated by most people, but i really prefer mondays to tuesdays. On mondays i am relaxed after the weekend, and i face the week with a smile. But tuesdays are like facing reality again hehe.

my favourite day is also saturday...we sleep in and eat a big breakfast as a family, we often have stuff to do, but we do it as a family...sometimes we do special stuff...depends on whats going on...
saturday night we often watch a movie and the girls have a bath and we get ready for sunday (church)
i also like friday nights, because my daughters and i make a big bowl of popcorn and watch 'what not to wear' and law and order.

Mine used to be Friday, growing up and shortly after graduation in normal jobs, as they all are Monday through Friday. So Friday would be the best cause i would be just coming out of a long week and that evening would be the furthest point away from the new week.
Now at my current job i work random days and not a set weekly schedule, so i would have to say my favorite day shifts to which ever day i have off that week. Its sad though, its all just a blur now, either I work or don't. I don't really look forward to any specific day anymore.

I know it's really bad not to have a pre established schedule. Mainly because you're never sure about when you will have your next day off, and it's hard to organize a social life like that lol. Thanks for replying.

My favorite day of the week is Friday. Friday is payday! It is also date night for me and my husband. We either go out for dinner, go out with friends, have a party or get take out with the kids. It is a very relaxed day around the house.

yeah, it all sounds like a good plan for a friday. Well here we don't have weekly pays, but monthly, so we don't have what you call "payday". But still i love Fridays lol.

My favourite day of the week is Saturday, because that is the day I can wake up a little later, and also sleep later on Saturday night. It is also the day no one in my family works, and my wife and I can go shopping down town. If we don't shop, we can run errands, have a long lunch or just relax by the beach, in the park or go for a movie. Saturday is a great day to unwind for the weekend.

My favorite day of the week, is Saturday. My first weekend day. My favorite night of the week, is Friday night. That's because, I know I have 2 days off work, ahead of me. I'm not as happy on Saturday night, coz I've only got 1 more day off work.

Probably Friday, because when I wake up, I know it's the last day for a few days that I have to get up early and go to work! Work is always more relaxed and a happy atmosphere on a friday, and whe I leave there, then I now I have a whole, free two days to sleep late, and enjoy myself! Yes - definately Friday!

no wonder why someone invented the expression "Thank God it's Friday" right? lol. I like fridays too obviously, even though if i had to choose i would pick saturday, because sometimes i'm too tired of the week on fridays and all i want to do is rest.

my favourite day is friday coz there are many reasons for it..
firstly. it is considerd as auspicious day in my country..all days are auspicious and above all why i like friday is bcoz..the next two days are off for me and i can enjoy alottt..
so i like fridays coz it is the last working day in the week..:P

Hi!But ofcourse, generally one loves to look forward for the weekend to enjoy. But I am a little oppoite.For me, all days are the same, as Ihave scheduled myself in different days accordingly & I love what i do, for I like to enjoy every moment of LIFE. I believe..LIFE is SHORT, make it SWEET!If I am free, I like to spend my time with my friends.All DAYs are BEAUTIFUL for me.
