Does Paypal allows Philippine residents to accept payments?

Does anyone knows if paypal allows Philippine residents to accept payments? I have been joining some websites thats pays thru paypal.. but I'm not sure if it will work.. If not, does anybody knows some mediums so I can still join those sites?

maybe can!paypal allows most country in the world residents to accept payment,if you have a e-mail address! if you have problem in using paypal,you can send e-mail to the service for answer!
