Bake chicken with rosemary and lime juice. Add a fresh garden salad and maybe some rice. It's easy and delicious.

weightwatchers.com has lots of great reipies. you might want to check out that site. In the mean time here is one of my favorites...Fish is super healthy for you and I really like it. Fillet of Sole with Herbed Crumb Topping Ingredients 1 serving olive oil cooking spray 1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 Tbsp seasoned bread crumbs 1/4 tsp salt, or more to taste 1/4 tsp black pepper, or more to taste 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 lb fillet of sole, four 4 oz pieces 1/2 medium lemon, cut into 4 wedges Instructions Preheat broiler to medium-high heat. If you only have a High Setting move rack away from heat. Coat a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs salt, pepper, Italian seasoning (or fresh herbs of your choice) mix well. Drizzle in oil and mix with fingertips until topping resembles coarse meal. Wash fillets in cold water, dry thoroughly with paper towels and arrange on prepared pan; top fillets with crumb mixture. Pat down with fingers. Broil fish, making sure crumbs do not burn, about 3 minutes for thinner fillets and up to 5 minutes for thicker fillets. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
