How do you eat? Do you use any utensils or just your hands?

This may seem like a crazy question, but I am being very sincere. I use a fork, knife and spoon pretty regularly when I eat. What about you? Do you use any of these, or chopsticks, or some other item? I have a friend that uses nothing, eats everything with her hands. She even eats spaghetti, noodles, sauce, everything with her hands. Picks through soup with her fingers rather than use a spoon, or fork. It's really rather disgusting to be around her when she eats. The worst part, she considers herself to be very high class, and perfect. Thanks for your responses.
