I use vegetable oil to cook most of the dishes. For some special cuisine i use Olive Oil but that is an occasional meal. Earlier I used to use sunflower oil but have lately switched to vegetable oil as it is lighter.

I use vegetable oil. My kids all use olive oil and swear by it but I have yet to try it.

We usually use vegetable oil too, mostly just because its the cheapest at the grocery store.

I use the cheapest olive oil for cooking, the one that comes in those large tins. I also use that non trans fat soft margarine when I want a buttery flavor. I did buy some extra virgin olive oil, but have not used it yet as it is rather expensive and I was saving it for something special like at Christmas and Tnanksgiving.

I use olive oil most of the time. For deep frying foods I use regular vegtable oil. I have also tried coconut oil, not flavored tho. Sunflower oil is very good as well. With sunflower & coconut oil I like to use unrefined.

i use vegetable oil,and i also use pam.i try to use the stuff thats pretty healthy for you.and the pam works great so your food dont stick, also with the pam if you cant get something out of the pan,a trick is to spray your spatula with the pam and it will slide right out.
