Thanksgiving is only a few months away so I would like to see how everyone here make their turkey and stuffing. Please share your favorite juicy Turkey Recipe.

Before turning your nose up please try this because I have never been told they didn't like this stuffing. It's awesome but sound not so pleasing. I take dry bread chunks put them in a roaster then I used boiled hot water and I very sparingly (Only a few drops here and there) sprinkle the cubes, then I add chopped onion, salt, pepper, sage, raw hamburger and a roll of sausage meat, Mix this all together really good and stuff the turkey. It's real good Honest!!! Let me know if you try it and if you like it.

Do you cook hamburger and sausage meat or do you eat it raw in the turkey?

Use the meat raw and by time the turkey is cooked so is the stuffing inside the turkey.

When I make turkey for thanksgiving I cover the bird with mayo to keep it moist. Then I sprinkle poultry seasoning over the whole bird. While the turkey is baking I take dryed bread and break it up and add chopped onions, celery I make a broth with a chicken soup base and add sage and thyme to taste and pour that over the bread. When that is nice and moist I add an egg or 2 put in a seperate pan from the turkey and bake . I make a gravy with the dripping from the turkey along with mashed potatoes. This is a nice dinner.

I've never tried the mayo to keep it moist. I use butter. I am going to experiment with mayo to see which works best.

The mayo leave a nice crisp skinn the same as butter does. I have better luck with the mayo.

I do not really stuff my turkey, I prefer to just throw it in the oven and season it really good. I like to be creative with the seasoning, it could pretty much be anything.
