What was the last thing you did before you went to bed?

Share what you actually do before you go to bed, do you take a shower,have a warm milk,chat on the internet..etc before you go to bed.

i make schedule for tomoro nd must hv a bath before going to bed. on bed i used to read magzines or paper before sleeping

I try to finish things needed for the next day, check my fone for msgs unanswered and prepare my alarm clock.

I watch TV, take a bath, brush my teeth, do my usual beauty routine, drink a glass of water and then turn in.

i take a shower with my little boy first, brush his teeth and mine, play with him for a little while, sing to him, review pictures of animals with him, put him to sleep before i sleep. i love my little guy, he's a part of my daily routine. he's 2 and knows a lot of stuffs.

before i go to bed aside from the usual rituals, i check my phone to see if i have left some messages unanswered. i also do my schedules for the following day. and then i read my book before i go to sleep.
