Hey guys!...My secret in my pork adobo......

I used to cook pork adobo directly in oil. It tasted good. But now i had discovered something new!!! I cook first the pork with pepsi or coke alone! Then when the pork is getting tender add the laurel leaves, then let it stay for 1 minute. If the porks' oil itself is coming out, add smashed garlic, and ringed onion, then soy sauce and salt to suit the taste. While it's hot, add the sliced bell pepper and your favorite seasoning. Presto!!!.....It is sooooo delicious!..hmmm....love it!...Try it too! :))

You don't have to marinate the meet Jatamogue. JUst the coke all dried up. It is the coke's substance that makes your pork more tender and tasty. But before the coke dried up, don't forget to add the onions and the bell pepper. If you want your pork adobo has a lil sauce, then you can leave some sauce for it. And ohh....if you like, try to add 1 table spoon of calamansi juice. It's more tastier :)
