here are some variety of dishes i have searched for you..hope you will like it... Teriyaki Tuna SUBMITTED BY: irakaway "This is a pan seared tuna dish that is best served with grated carrots." INGREDIENTS * 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce * 1 1/2 pounds sashimi grade tuna steaks * 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil * 1 lemon * 1 tablespoon sesame seeds * 2 teaspoons sea salt * ground black pepper to taste * 1 carrot, grated DIRECTIONS 1. Pour the teriyaki sauce into a shallow dish or bowl, and place tuna steaks in the sauce to marinate. Cover, and allow to marinate for about 45 minutes at room temperature. The steaks will cook more evenly if they are not cold. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place tuna steaks in the hot oil, and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Squeeze juice from the lemon over the steaks, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. When the bottom is light brown, flip the steaks, and cook until browned on the other side. The center will still be slightly red. Season with sea salt and pepper. 3. Place the tuna steaks onto serving plates, and garnish with grated carrots. Serve the pan drippings as a dipping sauce. -------------------------------------------------- Drunken Flat Iron Steak SUBMITTED BY: Cocina JNOTS "A friend tried something like this in Texas and this was our version of it." Place steak into a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour in the dry vermouth and sweet vermouth and stir to coat the steak. Seal or cover and refrigerate for 6 hours to marinate. 2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove steak from the bag and discard the marinade. Season the steak on both sides with red pepper flakes. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired degree of doneness. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. -------------------------------------- Ultimate Grilled Steak SUBMITTED BY: Kraft "These steaks marinate in a blend of steak sauce, balsamic dressing, garlic, and oregano for half an hour before grilling." How about some fruit salad its easy to do no need for cooking. Whenever we have family reunion or gatherings we always have it. Here's what we used to do: Ingredients: (6 Servings) - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream (any canned cream is fine but we used Nestle' cream) - 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese - 3 (14 ounce) cans fruit cocktail, drained - 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 (14 ounce) can lychees, drained - 1 cup coconut First, Mix or whip heavy cream and cream cheese, you can also add 5 tablespoon sugar, together to a smooth sauce like consistency or until it comes out a bit light. Then, Combine with the other ingredients and blend well, chill overnight or let it stay in the freezer for bout an hour before serving.. You can also add some nuts like almond crushed and any other fruit you want like apple cubed. Hope you like it, enjoy. :-)
