Finally Marty decided to fight and pled not guilty. But it is rediculus that they let Miles out on bail and not Marty. But at least this way she is safe from Miles. Now John needs to get busy and find the killer before her trial is over.

I was so happy!I thought for sure that she was going to plead guilty but I guess John's words won her over.....YAA JOHN!I know, they are both being accused of a similar (justice wise)crime but at least Marty stopped while Miles continued with his......they both should have been held without bail.

Yes Miles never should have been let out on bail. What erks me is the judge ruled there was not enough evidence to bring charges for what Miles did to Todd. They must have a very poor CSI department if they couldn't find evidence that Todd was in the storage area and the trunk of the car. That along with Cole's testimony should have been enough.

What gets me is that Miles was let off because of Cole's run in with the law,he's not credible but yet Marty has Nora and John and other law abiding citizens to stand up for her but yet she's still locked up....makes no sense to me

Stealthy, Thanks so much for your posts. I have watched One Life all my life and I am 35 years old. But about two weeks ago, we got direct t.v. shut off and I miss it now. I used to watch it on soap net. But we don't have that anymore. I got to watch it today as I was home from work and was trying to catch up on everything. But your posts help me to see what is going on. Thanks so much.
