BLACK TEA for bad teeth

What's good drink to combat tooth decay and other periodontal diseases? Black tea, according to researchers at the American Society for Microbiology Polyphenols- Chemicals found in black tea- were found to reduce acid levels and prevent the growth of bacteria in plaque.

I drink it all the time. But it also stains the teeth so there's no winning. Still, I love hot and iced tea and can't live without it. I have good teeth. Maybe that is why!
