BLACK TEA for bad teeth

What's good drink to combat tooth decay and other periodontal diseases? Black tea, according to researchers at the American Society for Microbiology Polyphenols- Chemicals found in black tea- were found to reduce acid levels and prevent the growth of bacteria in plaque.

I drink it all the time. But it also stains the teeth so there's no winning. Still, I love hot and iced tea and can't live without it. I have good teeth. Maybe that is why!

yeah it stain our teeth! here my friends use salt and guava to brush his teeth the result he got strog teeth that he uses as bottle openner and whiter teeth.
