No way. Do you want people to actually read your blog or do you just want them to open it up and then move on? I agree with the previous response - be witty, provide interesting content and the readers will follow. My blog: http://100inonehundred.blogspot.com

No way. Be witty, funny, and interesting in your blog, and they will come. That's the only way your blog can be truly popular. These guys who promise to direct traffic to your site online pay people to do so. Plus, they will charge you a pretty penny.
