Help me please

Hi everyone, I signed up a few days ago, but does anyone know how to change my personal profile? It says that I am 22 in my profile, but actually I am 25, and would like to change it. Can anyone tell me how to do so?

Goto your profile preferences and there you can change it. Same goes for your other post to change your picture.
