Salmon recipes

Can anyone suggest any salmon recipes or marinade ideas? When I cook it at home, I just grill it and put lots of lemon juice on it. However, it usually turns out too dry. I like it really moist. The last time I had salmon at a restaurant, it was served with some sort of delicious white dipping sauce somewhat like tartar sauce, but sweeter. Anyone know what it could have been?

Crush about a cup of almonds in a food processor and mix it with 3 tablespoons of lemon pepper (more or less according to your taste), then generously coat the salmon on all sides with the mixture, and fry it in about 6 tbl spoons of extra virgin olive oil. Sear it first on each side on med high heat, then lower to medium and cook til done turning frequently. Cooking time varies depending on cut. A meat thermometer helps.
