Do you like pepper in your pasta?

I also love to put pepper in pasta dishes, usually grind up peppercorns when ready to eat not when cooking. Sometimes will add red pepper flakes when cooking a pasta dish. Love parmesan and romano cheese on pasta dishes. We never buy sauce pre made, we make our own with canned tomatoes, tomatoe sauce fresh basil, garlic(either powder or fresh), salt, and whatever else we feel like at the time - sausage, mushrooms, peppers etc.

Pasta has to have both: cheese and pepper. Not to mention salt, and if applicable, the odd garlic doesn't go astray!

I love pepper on anything. I am a huge fan of the spice. I have regular ground pepper and a pepper mill that I use regularly. I think it intensifies the flavor of pasta when used. Especially in Spaghetti Carbonara.
