Every day i have two glasses of milk.

One is in the morning, the other is in the evening. So i can be strong than that who wouldn't drink milk. Because my neighbour is a manager of a milk factory, so i am not afraid that i cannot get free milk.~~~~

when i was younger i would have a glass of milk with every meal, no matter what i was eating lol! but ive noticed now that im older that i cannot stomach it very much. i still love the taste of milk of course, but if i try drinking more than a small cup full a day it upsets my stomach for some reason. i guess thats lactose intolerance or something.

I also have two glasses of milk everyday at the same time u have, but there are somedays when I don't get to drink even once, coz I don't get time to even think that I have missed it...

hi, at my parents village we bring the milk from our neighbours, 'cause it's better taste, neutral and more cheap (half price) against the shops. it have to boil to kill the bacteries but you can make whipped cream, clotted cream, etc at your home, which is more better than the shops... usually i drink milk with cocoa powder, about a liter per day.

come :) but its so so far away in east-hungary. but if you want to buy milk for cheap it's the best choice. I dont know what is the cost of 1 l milk where you live but at this village you can buy 1 l from house only 0.6 US $.

I drink at least one glass a day, and usually two. I try to get my calcium from other sources, like cheese and yogurt, to cut back on milk bill
