What kind of food do you really enjoy? I love cooking indian food myself, and also italian is one of my favorites, what is your favorite?

I love Italian food. I just made pasta last night. My mom's is the best though. She's an amazing Italian cook. I also love vegetarian Mexican and Chinese dishes.
