What Ishould i do if I want to go abroad to study?

I am a chinese graduate student now,and I want to go abroad to study.But I do not know what i should do for that. will you please do me a favor to tell me in details?

As far as I know, if you want to go abroad to study, you should take some exams first. Like TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and GRE (Graduate Record Exam). You should try to get a high mark in those two exams. Then you should prepare your Personal Statement and Reference Letters. Good luck with you!
